Athletic Conditioning is an interval training class that mixes body weight exercises with safe plyometrics. During this session, you will see a combination of strength training and cardio.
This event will be a weekly class every Tuesday at 5:30 pm for an hour.
Michael Soares, who is an elite personal trainer and health coach, will be teaching this class. With his degree in exercise science, he founded an online personal training platform to help others achieve their goal.
