Literary Arts is an organization, based out of Portland, Oregon, that creates opportunities for readers and writers of all kinds to engage with books and stories. Their mission is to engage readers, support writers, and inspire the next generation with influential literature. For the past 35 years, Literary Arts has built a community around literature, books, storytelling, and the important ideas they raise.
Literary Arts hopes that by addressing racial inequity in their community, they will be able to create space in where readers and writers of all identities feel welcome.
