The Four Tendencies Q&A with the Author

Gretchen Rubin will be engaging in a live presentation and Q&A about her new book, The Four Tendencies.

A longtime researcher of calm and happiness, Rubin’s latest book synthesizes information from over 600,000 surveys, in which she simply asked the responders: “How do you respond to expectations?” From there, Rubin was able to develop four categories: Upholders, Questioners, Obligers, and Rebels. These four categories encompass a large number of personality traits. Which do you fall into? By the end of the book, Rubin aims to help you find that out, in the interest of living a more fulfilled, creative, productive life.
