During Slow Flow, you will move through a vinyasa practice very slowly to focus on alignment and breathing to help you feel invigorated and refreshed.
While anyone can join this class, it is best if you had some experience, especially with posture and alignment. This is a reoccurring class happening every Tuesday evening.
Michele will be guiding these sessions. She has been practicing yoga for around 15 years. Michele enjoys the peace that comes from mindfulness and yoga.
