Join Rai Lowe for a special New Year’s Eve yoga event to close out 2020. This class will focus on Yin and Yoga Nidra, two practices centered around releasing tension and easing into a state of relaxation.
All levels are welcome to join. Feel free to bring your favorite prop such as a bolster or pillow for support throughout the class.
Tickets are $25. A recording will be available for 48 hours after if you are not able to attend live.
