Join with kindred friends to explore how mindfulness and self-compassion practices can support us through this difficult and uncertain time. This LA based weekly meditation group offers community, guided meditation, discussion and opportunities to cultivate more equanimity—wisdom and heart—amidst the ever-changing landscape of COVID-19.

Teacher Wendy Schmelzer offers exceptionally wise and compassionate talks, and this welcoming group is a weekly event to treasure.

Every Wednesday 10:15am-11:45am PST

Suggested donation is $15 but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

This same group gathers every first and third Tuesday from 5:45 PM – 7:00 PM PST for BYOD: Supper with Old and Older Friends.
