Meditation and Mindfulness help to bring peace to a chaotic world. This meditation event by the Asian Art Museum is a weekly 30-minute session to help you reset and relax during the day. These sessions will include a variety of mindfulness practices.
Anyone can join these mindfulness sessions and no experience is required. Aparna Sadananda and Philip Bender will be teaching at these events. Aparna is a DC-based, meditation teacher and artist and has been teaching yoga full time since 2015. Philip loves to teach yoga and meditation to help bring joy and confidence into one’s life. |
