Hatha Yoga balances the breath, body and the mind through yoga poses and meditation. This event will focus on creating a still mind while practicing poses and moving through flows.
This live class is free and open to all skill levels. Beginners are highly encouraged to join! Participants can expect to practice static postures and breathwork done at a manageable pace.
