Gentle Hatha is a very basic and gentle yoga that focuses on the basics of yoga including alignment, breath, and use of props to support ease and balance.
This class is great for beginners, as well as those looking for a slow and gentle yoga experience.
This event reoccurs every Tuesday in the morning for one hour.
Karen Zelinsky will be guiding these sessions. She has been practicing yoga since 1999. She also teaches Prenatal Yoga as well.
