Two Knives and a Pan is a cooking blog started by Sarah Hartzell, a Massachusetts-based home cook and assistant culinary instructor. She has a passion not just for home cooking but for passing on cooking knowledge, and believes in simple techniques for cooking. Sometimes all you need to make a delicious meal are two knives and a pan!
Sarah offers personal chef services, in-person private and group classes, and online group cooking classes. Recently she has also started offering a remote meal planning service, in which she provides a detailed meal plan with recipe instructions based on ingredients you have in your pantry.
