White Memorial Conservation Center
The White Memorial Conservation Center, based in northwest Connecticut, was founded by the White Memorial Foundation in 1964. They provide year-round programs to get people of all ages in touch with nature and wildlife. Over 20,000 people visit the Center each year for their programs, nature walks, or Nature Museum.
With over 4,000 acres of forest, fields, and wetlands, the White Memorial Conservation Center is able to provide varied nature experiences focused on everything from meditating among nature to exploring local birds.
Now they’re also offering online experiences to allow you to explore the wildlife of northwest Connecticut from your home!
