The Boss Chick Dance Workout was founded by Simone, a classically trained professional dancer with 30 years of training and 20 years of teaching experience. Simone received training in Miami, Florida where she taught ballet, jazz, hip-hop and contemporary dance. As a dancer and performer in the commercial dance industry, her credits include Jason Derulo, Cardi B, Bad Bunny, J Balvin and more!
The Boss Chick Dance Workout is a high intensity hip hop, dance hall, afrobeats fusion twerkout that will lead you to an incredibly strong and healthy body. The class features dance cardio set to the hottest hip-hip music. You will be sculpting your abs, arms, legs and booty for a complete fully body workout. Boss Chick offers Twerk Academy livestream classes at home, on demand classes, as well as private parties and classes. Classes include, Twerk Cardio, Twerkography, Twerk Body HIIT, Twerk 101, Soca Twerkout, and Dancehall.
