Yoga For Kids and Teens

This free yoga class is put on by Sahaja Yoga Meditation. This is intended for kids 6-12 years old as well as teens. The children are guided step by step through the session. This is a simple and fun way to experience yoga. Each session is 30 minutes long.
Yoga meditation helps to reduce stress, anxiety, anger, and fear. It builds up self-motivation and self-confidence.
The classes are free. There are two classes for kids and two for teens each week:
Mondays 10:30 – 11:00 AM – children
Thursdays 6:30 – 7:00 PM – teens
Fridays 6:30 – 7:00 PM – teens
Saturdays 10:00 – 10:30 AM – children
