Virtual Vinyasa: Flow into Your Week!

Vinyasa Flow is to help one start their week with some yoga. Vinyasa Flow links movement and breath and builds strength and stamina, as well as focus and awareness. You will also see some coordination exercises as well.
This is for all levels of Vinyasa, no experience is necessary. This is a reoccurring event happening every Monday evening. Each class is different.
Some supplies that are good to have on hand:
  • Yoga strap (or belt or scarf)
  • Yoga blocks (or books)
  • Tennis balls
  • water
Emily will be teaching these sessions. Emily fell in love with yoga at a young age. She finds yoga to connect the body, mind, and spirit and loves to teach others about that connection.
