Vinyasa Fundamentals Flow is a blend of both movement and relaxation. Slow mindful movement is emphasized in an effort to learn how to effectively link breath and movement.
This Vinyasa class is great for both experienced yogis and beginners. This class happens every Saturday morning.
Lisa Smith will be guiding these yoga sessions. She enjoys yoga as it helps her feel centered. She’s been practicing yoga for over ten years now.
