Seaport Sweat | Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt incorporates Vinyasa Yoga, strength training, mobility exercises, and high-intensity cardio bursts. Yoga Sculpt is influenced by traditional yoga classes with a bit of a powerful twist to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing.
During this event, you will also have a great core workout. This event will help increase mobility, flexibility, physical dexterity, and strength all while remaining focused on the mind/body connection. This session is open to all levels of yoga.
The event will be taught by Dani. She has played sports her entire life and got into yoga as a teenager. She loves to help people combine fitness and mindfulness in one.
