During Vinyasa Yoga, learn a whole-body flow, designed to build physical strength and overall flexibility, while strengthening the connection of mind and body. This is a 45-min flow that will leave you feeling peaceful, powerful, and empowered.
This will be a weekly event every Friday at noon. Britney will be the instructor. She started dancing at the age of two and has a passion for yoga and dance.
