Seaport Sweat | Mindful Warrior Yoga
This Mindful Warrior class is intended to support you in stepping into your power by cultivating body awareness, becoming one with your best self, and deepening your connection with your yoga practice. All are welcome no matter their level.
During this event you will learn how to balance your mind, release stress, and elevate your energy.
This will be a weekly event every Monday at 6:30 pm. Edwin will be teaching this class. He has been a lifelong practitioner and teacher of martial science.
