Seaport Sweat | Abs & Body
Abs + Body is a 45 minute interval full-body strength workout. During this event, you will do a variety of low intense and low impact bodyweight exercises to sculpt and tone your body.
Becca (aka Becca One Checca) will be instructing this event. She specializes in strength & conditioning fitness activities. She loves to encourage others and see people succeed!
This is a weekly event that occurs every Thursday at 6:30 pm.
