Prenatal Yoga has a variety of aspects including some strengthening movement, stillness and reflection, and some calming breath-work. Prenatal Yoga also has a community for all pregnant moms seeking help.
During Prenatal Yoga, you will also gain empowerment for your birthing process.
No yoga experience is necessary. This class is appropriate for all levels of ability and all stages of pregnancy.
