Meditation for Older Adults
This is an event dedicated for older adults; however, all ages are welcome. It provides a community of like-minded people to come together to share personal stories, laughs, and comreadery. During this event, adults will learn a meditation method that helps to reflect on past experiences, let go of clutter, and feel peace.
Meditation for Older Adults is a weekly meditation series that occurs every Wednesday at 8:30 am.
