Lunchtime Meditation allows you to take a break from your hectic day to relax your mind and soul.
During this event, you will practice Kundalini Yoga breathing techniques and meditations which may help to reduce stress, balance your emotions and increase your focus.
This is both for beginners and experienced meditators and will be for 30 minutes. It is a weekly lunchtime meditation session.
Rita London will be guiding this session. She is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master, and sound healer. She is very passionate about sharing the healing benefits of meditation.
