Learn the basics and science behind home canning during Canning Basics. Then, learn how to get started on preserving your own food.

This class will be taught by Melanie Jewkes, a USU Extension associate professor, and food preservation expert.

This event is suited for teens, adults, and seniors and is put on through the Salt Lake Public Library through their Virtual Branch.
