Better Sleep Meditation
This is a guided Sleep Meditation series. During this event, you will learn how to help your mind and body relax to the soothing voices of the meditation guides. This is a progressive relaxation meditation to release the day’s thoughts and to let the cause of stress, anxiety, and restless sleep go from your mind.
This is intended to be the last thing you do before falling asleep, so prepare before the event.
This is a weekly event happening every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00 pm.
