This short guided meditation is offered every weekday morning by teachers at Insight LA. Each week explores a different aspect of Mindfulness including Mindfulness of the breath, the body, the heart and the mind. There’s a small group of regulars who participate, and you’re welcome to stay after class for 15 minutes to meet fellow practitioners and for Q&A.
The guided meditations are both soothing and inspiring, and this gem of an event is a great way to start the day if you’re in Pacific Time, or a nice break before lunch for the East Coasters.
Register at Insight LA at least 15 minutes before class to make sure you receive the zoom link in time.
